This 48-year old patient from Jamul, California was very insecure with her post-pregnancy body. She was very interested in breast augmentation, liposuction and tummy tuck surgery (abdominoplasty) for several years and wanted to improve her overall look. After giving birth and nursing 2 children, she was hoping to bounce back to her pre-baby body. Through diet and exercise she was able to lose weight, but was unhappy with her loose and excess skin and wanted to tighten her abdominal muscles. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti performed an extended tummy tuck, liposuction of the outer thighs and back area and breast augmentation. I am now six weeks out of surgery and the results are amazing, even though I still have some swelling. Dr. Pousti was able to produce the goals I envisioned. I’ve never been overweight, but I always hated the way my body looked and the way it was shaped. Now, when I look at my body, I feel as if I’m looking at someone else. I still cannot believe it’s me.
