When I first started looking for a plastic surgeon I was the most nervous person in the world. At the first visit to Dr. Pousti’s office that nervousness was immediately left and I knew that he would be the Plastic Surgeon for me. As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted by a warm, caring, and just all around pleasant staff. Dr. Pousti and his staff never made me feel out of place or that I was not welcome. To put it simply, they made me feel like I was part of the family.

The procedures that I settled on were a breast lift with XL 700cc silicone implants and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). These procedures have changed my life! Every part of the process, from the consultations, to the planning, to the aftercare, were carried out with care and love. During the consultation process Dr. Pousti introduced me to actual patients of his so that I could see their results in person instead of just pictures in the portfolio or online. The surgery was so much easier that I expected, and the after care from the staff was a blessing. From the arrangements to stay at the Hideaway, to the phone check ups, to the in office visits. Every part of it was just a blessing. My husband was away in Iraq during the surgery and part of the aftercare but he felt so relieved after he found out the care that Dr. Pousti and his staff were providing.

Before I had a very difficult time finding bras and shirts that would fit right due to the deflation of my breasts. I also would never show off my midsection due to the ‘pouch’ and stretch marks from carrying two babies over a 3 year period around the time that I was twenty. I could not find bathing suits either. A one piece would simply smash my breasts against my lower ribs, and a bikini would never fit right up top without padding and would show off the pouch and stretch marks. For years I was ashamed of my body and had little to no confidence.

Now, after my procedures I feel like a new me! I have so much confidence and appreciation for my new body and just LOVE my results. I can finally go out shopping for simple items and those that are a little more ‘risque’ with ease and know that I will no longer have a problem finding something. My self-esteem is now so much higher than ever before and I love myself like I have never loved myself in the past. My husband states that he has noticed a major increase in my self confidence, both in everyday life and in our more intimate times. He has always thought that the most sexy thing a woman can wear is her confidence, and is extremely grateful to Dr. Pousti and his staff for increasing mine.

I would like to encourage anyone out there who is considering any type of cosmetic procedures to give Dr. Pousti and his staff not only a call, but also a visit. I think that you will find that they are simply the best option out there. I owe so much to Dr. Pousti and his staff that I can not describe it. I would just like to take the time to formally thank you for the professional care that you provided to us. As you may remember, I was away in Iraq during the time right before the surgery and for the first few months of aftercare. Needless to say, I was very nervous for Rachel. Your wonderful staff always seemed to take the time to answer all my concerns via email while I was away. They immensely helped me understand the different aspects of the procedures and the recovery, and helped me with the planning for the Hideaway (which Rachel said was a real blessing to stay at that first night).
