This 43 year old Mommy from Redlands, California (San Bernardino County) succeeded in losing her baby weight, after her pregnancies. At the same time she also lost the volume in her breasts and had damaged skin around her abdominal area. She decided to undergo a mommy makeover.

She and her husband were searching for a board certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience in Southern California. When they met with Dr. Pousti, they were introduced to many patients who had similar procedures performed and they felt very comfortable with Dr. Pousti’s experience level.

Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) surgery as well as breast lifting (mastopexy) surgery are both difficult procedures and she wanted the best plastic surgeon to take care of her.   The patient was also interested in getting breast implants to increase the fullness of her breasts but after discussing the potential risks and complications of performing the breast lifting surgery at the same time as the breast augmentation surgery, the patient and Dr. Pousti decided to perform the procedures in 2 stages.  First would be the mastopexy surgery and after a few months proceed with placement of breast implants.

Dr. Pousti took his time “marking” the patient the night before surgery and discussing the mastopexy surgery as well as the abdominoplasty surgery in detail with the patient.
