The patient explained to Dr. Pousti that she was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancy and breast-feeding. The night before her surgery, the patient met with Dr. Pousti to map out her surgery in detail. The morning of surgery, markings were re-enforced.
