Mommy Makeover
This 28-year old mommy from San Diego, California was interested in a mommy makeover involving tummy tuck surgery (abdominoplasty) and breast augmentation. After she decided that she was finished having children, she began to research for a board certified plastic surgeon in Southern California. Although she lost her post-baby weight, she was still unhappy with her abdomen area and breasts.

She emphasized that she wanted her rectus muscles tightened and the excess skin removed from her abdomen area. She wanted to also achieve a natural look for her breasts using silicone-gel implants.

The patient is asked to bring in a bottom to ensure the incision is hidden underneath or below the bikini line.

I began looking for a plastic surgeon about 6 months after the birth of my 9lb 9oz baby girl in November of 2005. After delivering an almost a 10lb baby it was obvious my body would never be the same and I was going to need a surgical intervention to put me back to the way I used to be!
