Mommy Makeover
This 32-year old mother of 3 is from Murrieta (Riverside County) California. She struggled with her post-pregnancy weight for years and was unhappy with her body. After deciding to reach her goal weight she looked into abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and breast augmentation / breast lift (mastopexy) to improve her body contours and proportions. In order to have a safe and sucessful mommy makeover, she needed to find a board certified plastic surgeon in the murrieta area.
The patient was referred to Dr. Pousti by 2 mommy’s (previous patients). These mommy’s had the same issues and concerns regarding their seperated muscles from pregnancy and the lost volume in their breasts from nursing.
A pain pump is placed to aid the patient in healing. The photo is taken immediately after surgery.
The patient is 2 months post-op tummy tuck, breast augmentation and mastopexy surgery. In order to achieve symmetry in her breasts, Dr. Pousti used silicone-gel implants and a “lollipop” incision was used to provide a lift. The patient is very happy with the results of her surgery.

I am a 32 year old mother of 3 who for several years has struggled with being overweight. Over 2 years ago I made the decision to get into shape and lost over 100 lbs. The day of surgery Dr. Pousti made me feel calm and at ease. The staff at Alvarado Surgery Center was top notch. My surgery (a breast lift with augmentation and a tummy tuck) went beautifully. I opted to stay at the Hideaway recovery center for 2 nights. The staff at the Hideaway helped to make the transition form the hospital to home smooth. They showed my husband everything he needed to do to care for me for the next few weeks. Recovery from the surgery was definitely the hardest part of the whole process for me. I was uncomfortable, but not in pain. The difficult part was staying hunched over to protect my incision and not being able to lift and care for my 2 year old. Looking back 3 months later, those first few weeks of recovery went by so fast and were so worth the outcome. I started working out again at 6 weeks and now at 12 weeks there’s nothing I can’t do. I absolutely love my new body! I feel like a completely new person. Thanks to Dr. Pousti’s professionalism, and expertise I now am comfortable in my own skin once again.
