The patient found Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Tom Pousti and was very impressed with his work based off of the before and after photos of mommy’s on his website. She called to set up a consultation with the Dr. rigth away.

After emamining the patient, during her consult, Dr. Pousti explained to the patient that she would benefit significantly from an extended tummy tuck. An extended tummy tuck involves a standard tummy tuck with a back lipectomy to improve the flank area as well. A breast lift with augmentation could be performed at teh same time as the tummy tuck.

In order to achieve the best results possible for the patient, Dr. Pousti placed492cc silicone gel implants under the muscle. A limited lift was performed to lift the breasts using an incision around the areola, also known as a Benelli Lift.

The night before surgery, markings are performed to ensure accurate and precise measurements. During the markings, Dr. Pousti explains the procedure in detail and addresses any concerns or issues the patient may have before the procedure takes place. Incision lines are placed in discrete areas, usually underneath the underwear line or bikini.

I’m a 42 yr old Mom of two gigantic children. Internal sutures are used and will dissolve over time. As the sutures dissolve, the ”puckered” look of the incisions will smoothen out and heal into a very fine line, which will fade with time.
