The patient expressed that she did not have any specific problems other then she wanted larger breasts. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti used saline breast implants filled to 625cc on both breasts, made by Mentor Corporation.

The patient is now 2-years post op breast surgery and is very pleased with her results. After she has healed and recovered from her breast implant surgery, the patient decided to have tummy tuck surgery (abdominoplasty). The patient was so impressed with Dr. Pousti’s work on her breasts, and wanted him to perform her tummy tuck surgery.

The patient had 1-pregnancy, even with dieting and exercising the patient could not get rid of her stretch markings and her extra abdominal skin from losing elasticity from the pregnancy.

The night before surgery the patient met with Dr. Pousti to perform markings. The patient brought in her favorite bikini to show Dr. wear to hide her incision. Typically, when the patient is scheduled for markings the night before surgery, Dr. Pousti reminds the patient to bring in their favorite swimsuit bottom for him to use as a guide to where he would hid the tummy tuck incision.

She was interested in tummy tuck surgery with breast lift (mastopexy) and breast augmentation surgery. Along with breast lifting surgery, 450cc silicone gel breast implants were used in both breasts with submuscular placement.

Dr. Pousti would performed an extended tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks, back and outer thighs as well as breast lifting and augmentation..

The morning of surgery, markings were re-enforced. The patient has slight breast asymmetry, in order to achieve as much symmetry as possible, Dr. Pousti performed a limited breast lift on the left and a full breast lift with vertical incision on the right breast. Saline breast implants were used and filled to 390cc in the right breast and 420cc in the left breast with submuscular placement.

The patient is now 6-weeks post-op surgery and is very happy with her new mommy look.
