This 39-year old patient from Diamond Bar, California was left with excess skin, stubborn fat and had lost volume in her breasts after having 2 children. The patient was interested in a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), breast augmentation, and breast lift surgery (mastopexy) also known as a “Mommy Makeover”.

The patient wanted an experienced mommy makeover surgeon who is also Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. After extensive research on the Internet, the patient found Dr. Pousti. The patient met with Dr. Pousti at his Murrieta office, the patient was able to speak with other patients who had a mommy makeover and were willing to share their experience with her. The patient was convinced Dr. Pousti was the best surgeon for her.

Because of the loose excess skin from significant weight loss, Dr. Pousti suggested an Extended Tummy Tuck would be beneficial for her, and also give her nice long term result. The patient decided to proceed with surgery.

Dr. Pousti takes his time mearsuring and marking the patinet the night before surgery. Details of the surgery was also discussed again during this time.

Again, the markings are reinforced the morning of surgery.

The desired fullness of the patient is clearly marked along with the “new” positions of the nipple and areola.

Extended tummy tuck (standard tummy tuck with back lipectomy) measured and marked to achieve as much symmetry as possible.

Saline breast implants were used and filled to 570cc in both breasts.

The patient is now 3-weeks post-op surgery, still has some swelling and insicions are healing. She is extremely happy with her new and improved mommy look and looking forward to healing completely.
